At Garden & More, we specialize in high-quality artificial plants and decorative items. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
You may request a refund if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper use.
To request a return or refund, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process. All returned items are subject to inspection.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval and inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us (wrong or damaged item).
In most cases, we prefer to offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items instead of a refund.
